A former Trump administration official with a foundation in Washington, DC influential circles, have been identified as the new owner of the former President JD Vance’s previous home.

Christopher Garcia, who briefly held posts in the Department of Trade during Donald Trump’s first term, secured Alexandria’s residence, Virginia through a limited liability company, reported Forbes for the first time.

The transaction was closed rapidly and exceeded the required price by $ 172,000, according to the data reviewed by the post. Final pricing paid: $ 1.87 million.

Five -square -foot -long -bedroom farm house, built in 1925 and displaying blue seats and a welcoming porch, ranked $ 1.69 million last month after Vance moved to the official vice president residence in the US Navy.
