New Yorkers are ready to shamrock and roll as another round of St. Patrick’s Day celebrations begin this weekend – peaking on the oldest and largest path of Patrick Day Parade on Monday, March 17, 2025.
More than 150,000 marches are set to remove their things – and show their tubes – along Fifth Avenue, where they will be cheered by millions.
Look for Midtown to become a green sea while the celebrations are poured into bars (like Irish and not), restaurants and elsewhere, until Monday evening.

The procession begins at 11am on Monday – and will end around 4:30 pm
Why is the parade Monday?
The parade is always held in St. Patrick Day, March 17, which is Monday in 2025. The only exception to the rule is when 17 falls Sunday, as it did in 2024. In that case, to observe Saturday, according to the organizers of the parade, the parade was held on Saturday, March 16.
What is the Parade Road?

Or continue to walk up to Mclean Avenue, technically over the line in yonkers and filled with the most brilliant veins like Heritage Bar and Rory Dollan’s.
In Queens, both Woodside and Sunnyside are still blessed with a lot of dense drinking and restaurants-more Donovan’s pub (57-24 Roosevelt Ave.).
Is there any st. Sober Patrick Day celebration at NYC?
