The best week of the year to sell your home is coming faster than you think

Spring has almost come out – and soon the housing market will.

An annual study by Realtor.com analyzed six years of market data and found that a week reigns the supreme for selling a home. Week 13 to April 19 is constantly ranked as the best time for a home to hit the market.

The mid-April time frame matches the prices of the peak season, increased buyer question and the lowest ranking competition-a winning combination for each home seller.

Realtor.com analysis showed that sellers can make more money in a shorter time if ranked during this sunny opportunity window, compared to the average week.

These fruitful seven days were identified by analyzing the average listing of the list, measured based on home prices, market days, buyer activity and other factors.

The houses listed between April 13-19 reached prices higher than the average week, translating into an estimated $ 4,800 increase in list prices.
