A 63-year-old woman who looks at 30 say people assume she has had cosmetic surgery-but she says “vibrancy” does not come from going “under the knife”.

Eudie Okoro developed healthy habits from an early age – and found people who demanded her secret to youthful views.

DJ and the actor, from Wirral, Cheshire, said she has never done cosmetic surgery, botox or fillers.

People think that Eudie, who is admired by men new decades, is lying about her age – and cannot believe that her appearance is all to live a healthy lifestyle.

So many friends and family did it for her secrets that she wrote an entire book to explain exactly how she did it.

Eudie, a widow, said, “I don’t use photoshop or wears a lot of makeup – if you take care of your skin, you don’t need.

“And I don’t stay yet-I’m always active and go for electricity walks.

“The food you eat and when you eat it makes a different mass – everything you have consequences on your body.

“I wrote my book to show that I discovered a miracle medicine or I have botox.

“Vitality doesn’t come from going under the knife” I just do things that work. “

Eudie said she began to take care of her, keep a youthful appearance and grip with her from that time.

And at the age of 63, the effort she has made in the show – while people “spit their drinks” when she reveals her age.

She even promoters on Instagram trying to recruit her to advertise their composition and jewelry, and takes men decades younger than her admiration because they assume she is younger – but she finds it flattering.

One of Eudie’s main tips – which she has followed for years – is to provide the first food you eat during the day is not sugar.

She said she personally chooses to have raw fruits and vegetables – but never carbohydrates.

Eudie said: “We should never break our fast with sugar.

“In recent years, people seem to like avocado in toast” and avocado is great, it’s a superfood, but toast is not.

“So you have avocado first – so that’s the thing to break the fast – then have toast later.”

She added that sugar should always be avoided where possible, although it is not completely cut.

She advised that if you eat too much sugar, use it as a fuel by doing exercises.

She said: “People do not realize that sugar has a huge impact on people – it can cause illness, health issues and obviously premature aging.”

Eudie said much of the preservation of her youthful appearance is doing a lot of exercise and active attitude including her in your daily life.

For example, she said as well as regular gym tips, she will walk in the store for groceries instead of being thrown into the car.

She said: “It is a six -mile journey, but it is quite easy to include in your day.

“If you take the train or bus to work, you can go out early and walk the rest of the road to burn more calories.

“People do not realize that lack of exercise is getting old in itself, we have to keep our muscles and bones strong.”

In terms of her skin health, her first tip is to ensure that SPF coating always to protect against harmful sunlight.

She said: “I use organic coconut all as moisturizers, and other natural substances such as Aloe Vera and Shea butter.

“Shea Butter increases collagen on the skin, which is impoverished as we grow old.

“And when I buy moisturizer, I see only four ingredients – collagen, peptide, retinol and vitamin C.

“If I didn’t know myself better, I would be among the people spending $ 65 on a moisturizing jar – you would think a high price means it does wonders.

“But good skin does not come from a jar. Starts from the inside. “

Similarly, Eudie has never affected any botox, filler or cosmetic procedure – though she said she is often accused of lying about her.

She said: “People say it’s photoshopped, or that I’ve had botox.

“But I’m trying if you do the right things, you can achieve what you want to get to the knife and spending buckets in the process.

“I want to spread the message and tell people you can achieve youth of course.”
