The Coupleifi is putting them on their widespread auction with eight Maui bedrooms as they prepare to raise their newborn daughter, Dixon, closer to the family, according to Wall Street Journal.

Swatek and Weiss grabbed beach property in 2021 for $ 45 million and poured millions of more intonation, artwork and custom furniture.

“I really loved how I grew up,” she said. “When I returned from school, my brothers and I would board a horse without foot and ride for the afternoon.”

Eager to relocate, the couple initially shattered the house privately for $ 65 million, but now they have chosen an auction that they hope to speed up the process.

“We feel good with the decision we made at this point,” Weiss said, stressing that they have the opportunity to cancel the sale if the offers come very low.

The auction, handled by the goalkeeper’s auctions, will last from April 10 to April 22, with offers expected to begin with between $ 17.5 million and $ 35 million. There is no reserve price.
