Billionaire of the defense fund Ken Griffin has expanded its top -estate high -estate empire with the purchase of $ 45 million in a duplex at 740 Park Ave, Manhattan’s most prestigious building.

The seller was Julia Koch, the widow of the late billionaire industrialist David Koch, previously reported.
