A luxury departure at the Uppstate, recently featured in Puerto Rican’s singer and rapper Rauw Alejandro with wide -view music video for his song “We Me Connozco”, is on the market for nearly $ 1.7 million.
Released only last week, the video has already surrendered 4.5 million views, and features scenes in the comfortable interior of the sales house and snow -covered forests.
In addition to some of the trivia for Latin music lovers, the 2,990 square meter property offers potential buyers a relaxing receipt in 3.4 hectares.
The custom -built house includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms. 18 -foot ceilings and large windows add light to the appearance of the open concept. In addition to his fashion style Wabi-Sabi, the settlement boasts high-level accessories such as glowing floors, a private sauna and an observation deck.
Golan Elbaz and Neslihan Feradov of Om Builders NY designed and built the house, which was completed in January.
The duo of the man and woman told the post that they were inspired by the aesthetics around natural and Japanese and Scandinavians.
The house was discovered by the music video production company not long after it was sale, Elbaz said. It was one of the 12 houses under consideration, but the team decided that the Elbaz and Ferdov property best suits the invoice for the humorous Vibe.
Elbaz said the production team wanted to highlight the darkness and mystery of Catskill’s snowy nights, “but still have the contemporary feeling in it.”
“Then they chose ours and took it for 24 hours. They had a crew of about 40 people there, it was crazy,” Elbaz said.
“He also gives us a validity, as people are interested in catskills,” Ferdov said.
In the video “We Meozco”, Alejandro Ruminon in a shaken partition inside the house, dusting an LP in the living room with tone.
Alejandro won the usual recognition in the late 2010s before growing up in fame in the early 2020s with songs like “Todo de Ta” and “Desperate”. He has collaborated with other stars such as Jennifer Lopez, Shakira and Bad Bunny.
In another scene “We mean-do”, camera pans over the woods towards a broken heart Alejandro, chopping the wood in front of the bungalow house.
In a later blow, Alejandro stands in the backyard, faced by his former lover and forbidden by an Eldrritch-style monster.
The property sits in a thirty hectare subdivision owned by Elbaz and Feradov. They have a neighbor in high-level eco-hotel and bathroom, the Pialue Catskill Hotel.
The mixing of luxury and reflective insulation offered by the property was right for “we have me”.
The song is featured on his 2024 album Cosa Nuesra, which was ranked by Rolling Stone as the Ten-Aanim Latin album of the year. Alejandro begins an American and European tournament for the album this spring.
