However, luxury real estate saw mixed tendencies.

Some of the sales of the city’s most precious neighborhoods slow down dramatically, while others increased.

Hudson Yards in Manhattan was held above its number 1 Ranking for the sixth year in a row, at an average sale price of $ 7.13 million, thanks to a 22% price jump – although total transactions were almost half cut.

Meanwhile, the Triba was thrown at no. 2 by $ 3.3 million, driven by high -level home sales with a family of multiple dollars. Other elite neighborhoods of Manhattan declined.

Despite these fluctuations, Brooklyn was the only Borough to see the increase in the price and volume of transactions in 2024, further cementing his position as a leading player in the city’s luxury market.

While Brooklyn and Manhattan dominated the most ranking of NYC, Queens and Bronx real estate expenses saw the silent prices.

Queens’ average sales pricing increased 3% to $ 565,000, and Borough added three more neighborhoods to the top city list 50 more expensive, leading to its total to 10. Great percentage of growth in the city – a 6 % 6 % increase year by year, bringing its average sale price to $ 340,000
