Fossilized vomiting found in Denmark dates 66 million years – prehistoric puke greeted as national treasure

Something rotten in the state of Denmark.

Or, on the contrary, she did 66 million years ago, say Danish scientists, announcing the latest discovery of very old shark vomiting on Stevns’s country rocks – a coastal scenic one hour from Copenhagen.

The prehistoric part of Puke sat there long enough to turn into fossil language in the dark until an amateur sleequet made the gross discovery last November.

Putrid prehistoric patch of Puke shark was discovered by an amateur fossil hunter. Sten Lennart Jakobsen

The strange story begins during the Crete period, reported the New York Times, when a shark, or a sea creature-like the shark, apparently did not enjoy a lilies meal.

Sea lilies “are not so great to eat because they are almost just skeletons,” Dr. Jesper Milàn, curator of Geomuseum Faxe of Denmark, who will show the previously unknown upchuck, told The Gray Lady.

“So they took what they could and threw the rest,” he said.

The Putid portal for the past was discovered by local hunter Peter Bennicke, who had been procuring the white chalk rocks, a geological site listed in UNESCO, for interesting findings.

Milàn target property speculated on paper that spraying with Suddden-scruutinized could have come from a lower-dwelling shark.

John Jagt, an expert of the Dutch Sea lily, in a written statement taken by the USA Today, concluded that the historical Hurl was made up of “two different species of sealy mixed sea lilies”.

Retro ralfations were largely composed of “impermeable skeletal parts of their bodies,” the Delje reported.

Experts say the shocking finding can shed new light on what was life during Crete.

At the last of that time, Europe was said to be a series of islands, the second to higher levels of the sea.

The scientific term for fossilized vomiting is regurgital.

In addition, eternal jumping is far from the oldest there – Dr. Milàn said Germany, for example, has claimed an even more historic salivary country dating back 150 million years.

Spew’s sample is already classified by Denmark as an object of “extraordinary natural historical value”.

This means the beauties of vomiting in Denmark – and is not for sale.

“This is Puke’s most famous part in the world,” Dr. Milàn told Times.
