Changes are being created in Starbucks.
The coffee giant announced that it is bringing some of its pre-seeking methods, including free-but recharges, there is a catch.
Customers who are ordering in the store will now be asked if they will want their “for here” or “go”.
Starting today, Jan. 27, those who order “for here” will receive their drink served in a ceramic mug, glass or a personal cup. These people will be able to get free recharge while visiting their hot or icy coffee, or hot or icy tea.
Customers should have their first drink served in one of these reusable cups to get free recharge, according to Starbucks.
No disposable or plastic ship will be able to receive free recharges. Moreover, if you make a cold creation, latte, the refresh of Starbucks, the icy tea lemonade and many other drinks, you will not be able to get the same drink for your free refill.
“Offering customers who enjoy their drinks in the shop in ceramic mugs and glass containers is a way we are turning our cafes to heat welcome cafes,” he told Axios. “Also also another way that Starbucks is reducing waste and making each visit a more sustainable choice.”
Moreover, customers will once again be able to use the old school self-service stations, where they can find milk, sugar, sweeteners, spices and stimulants.
Starbucks removed stations during Covid Pandemia, leaving extra work for busy baristas and slowing down service time.
Now, the new general manager Brian Niccol who took over the leader in September-but replying the self-service stations that customers have long wanted for years.
Starbucks also recently changed their code of conduct, changing their policy with open doors, which allowed anyone to hang in the cafe or use its bathroom without purchase.
“We want to make sure that our spaces are advantages for use by our customers,” says Starbucks’ website. “Our Coffee Behavior Code is something that most retailers have and is created to provide clarity that our spaces – including cafes, patios and baths – are to be used by customers and partners.”
These are not the only changes Niccol has made since the chain.
When he began, he noted that one of his advantages to accelerate growth in the company is to simplify the complex complex menu so that the barists can speed up the service.
Menu items that are boot include infected drinks with Starbucks olive oil, which were for just one year. These controversial drinks were left by the official menu in November. 7
The company is also bringing Sharpie again, having the names of the written customer clients in their drinks.
They will also bring comfortable chairs to some of its stores, then give some outbucks outputs an old school vibe, where customers can sit for hours by resting or doing distance work.
