President Trump’s childhood home in New York City has been sold at a steep discount – as the previous owner allowed him to disadvantage and be overcome by wild cats, the post has learned.

“A beautiful house was left abandoned and no one cared for all this time,” a hacked neighbor told the anonymity for The Post. “No one conquered it, no one used it and it remained as a eye and we, the community, had to take care of it.”
This included payment of several weeks of lawn maintenance action, the neighbor said. Before the renovation work began, the house was plastered with the “Vacate” and “Water” notifications, the post previously reported in November.
In addition to its destroyed appearance, the 2,100 -square -foot house is full of mold after a water pipe explosion, the neighbor added. Cats have taken care of volunteers.
The house had changed its hands on December 16, 2016 – Five weeks after the first win of Trump’s White House – for $ 1.4 million, nearly twice the $ 782,500 that had previously sold for 2008.
