Star chef Michelin Rich Torris is doubled in Hamptons.
The highest land and co-founder of large food group restaurants include Carbone, ZZ’s Club, The Grill and his name Torris — has bought a $ 10 million Montak Beach home overlooking Pond Bay. This is besides the mountain house he already owns.
“We hear that he wanted a guest house,” a spy withdrew.
Torris – whose restaurant whose name in New York’s Puck building is one of the most difficult reserves of the city to break – refused to search for commentary Gimme Shelter.
The new house was bought in a deal with no money, no broker. It was previously on the market for $ 10.75 million.
The seller is Robert McBRIDE, a power lobbyist for renewable energy firms, real estate, hospitals and more.
The gray striped flat, built in 2008, is 7,591 square meters. It comes with five bedrooms and 7½ bathrooms – all in 1.66 hectares overlooking Pond Bay.
McBRIDE is also a thirsty fisherman. That being said, the settlement also boasts a wood panel room with a mural describing the ocean, clouds and poultry.
There is also a gym, radiant heat and a lower level basement with a test room.
Property also includes a pool.
MFG started with a single dinner – Italian specialties Torrisi – in 2009. She closed her doors on New Year’s Day in 2015.
Torris co-founded MFG with Mario Carbone and Jeff Zalaznick.
In addition to their properties – more than 40 restaurants and private clubs from New York to Riad, and from Toronto to Hong Kong – the hospitality brand has been moved to real estate residential with the construction of its luxury tower in Miami.
