Christina Ricci is seeking to sell her graceful home in Los Angeles for $ 4.17 million, driven by the relocation of a family member in Jan. 7 Palisades Fire, the post has learned.
The “Yellowjackets” actress, who bought the three -bedroom property, with four baths in the silver lake for $ 4 million in July 2024, is now seeking to move to a larger space to house her neighbor, whose home was destroyed in the devastating flame.
The mass follows the last honor of Ricci’s Hollywood fame, uniting the professional triumph with personal unrest.
Lorrene Getz and Compass, overseeing the sale, told the post that the decision was fast.
“She is buying a new home to accommodate the family member who lost their home,” Getz said.
The space quickly became an issue in the current settlement.
“I think she would have more time, but the family member moved with her,” Getz said. “And I think it was just that a family member really needed a dedicated bedroom.”
Built in 2018, the house nearly 3,400 square legs boasts modern gift, not to mention the beautiful footage.
“It has a kitchen of a chef, and when you are in the kitchen, you see views from downtown because there are two stories, and both stories have glass walnles that open all the way,” Getz said.
The kitchen contains a sub-zero refrigerator, myle appliances (including an integrated coffee machine) and a central island that then flows into the living area, anchored by a fireplace.
With the automation of smart houses and the wide views of the city, the silver lake reservoir and the remote mountains, it is an attitude.
And its new perch offers a rarity.
“Generally in Los Angeles you either take view or walking. Not everyone. This house has both,” Getz said, highlighting a staircase hidden in the Silver Lake Recreation Center and Eteria nearby as Sifa Bar.
Ricci added paved elements, including “a truly beautiful wooden creddenza with pink marble that she sold by hand and built,” Getz said. “And on the side of this credit she had clearly masked the cat box inside … so the cat’s waste box doesn’t sit.”
“She loves her animals,” Getz added.
The property is blinded with a glass catwalk, a gourmet kitchen, glass waves for optimal city views and a roof terrace, plus a pool and bath.
Other features include a floating ladder leading to primary suite with its own fireplace, a custom closet and a bathroom inspired bath. A full glass wall in function for more views, list notes. Two extra bedrooms of uncertainty complement the second level.
“It’s a really special house. Really really beautiful,” Getz said. “And, you know, it is raised up, so it gets so many sunlight.”
Ricci married Hairstylist Mark Hampton in October 2021. They have a 3-year-old daughter, Cleopatra. Ricci also has a A10-year-old son, Freddie, whom she shares with her ex-husband, the camera and lighting technician James Heerdegen.
