Two food products from two different companies have been remembered during the last 24 hours for the presence of “undeclared eggs”, according to the US Food and Drug Administration website (FDA).
Small packets of pasta and cheese were remembered Friday by San Antonio, Texas, CH Guenther & Son LLC, due to the possibility that bites may contain undeclared eggs and meat, according to the FDA site.
Little -drawn small bites were sold at the Whole Foods market sites across the country.
The products were located in frozen grocery alleys in grocery stores.
So far, it has not reported withdrawal related diseases, FDA said.
Product name is 365 markets whole foods bits Macaroni & Cheese.
The UPC code number is 99482499709 with a “best” date of 11/29/25, said FDA Alert.
Customers may have purchased bites drawn from February. 6, 2025, until March 11, 2025.
Alert noted that the company has measures from the Institute “to prevent any future phenomena”.
The memory was announced after a consumer complained that the product contained meat and was not a bite of pasta and cheese.
“This issue has been corrected and no other production date or much have been affected,” according to the FDA site.
“Customers who have purchased ‘365 Who Foods Market Bites Small Macaroni & Cheese” with lot information listed above, are required to destroy any residual product and can bring a valid store bill for a full refund, “the company said.
‘The risk of allergic reactions’
Separately, Har Maspeth Corporation of Maspeth, New York, recalled its 8-on and 12-ons packages of “Jinga Vegetable (Japche) foil” due to the presence of undeclared eggs, says the FDA site.
“Customers who are allergic to eggs can endanger serious or life allergic reactions if they consume this product,” the announcement says.
The withdrawal items were distributed in H mart shops in multiple countries.
The product comes in 8-eight clear 12-ons plastic packaging with the “best” dates of March 13, 2025, until March 18, 2025, stamped at the top, the announcement also says.
UPC product codes are as follows, according to the FDA website: 265405006495; 267405004495; 266405008496; and 268405005499.
So far, there have been no allergic diseases or reactions that include this product, according to the same source.
Department of Agriculture and New York State Markets Food Inspectors, during retail inspection, noted the presence of eggs in packages 8- and 12-12-ons of the product, which did not declare an egg component on the label.
Customers who have purchased these specific packages “are required to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund,” the company says.
