A special London house in Central London is on the market for $ 1.62 million.
In just 7 meters wide, the pale green residence is considered the second weaker home in London, already oppressed.
It still manages to squeeze into two bedrooms and two bathrooms on three floors, regardless of its diminishing size.
What lacks the house in width, it constitutes the arts and artisanal style charm. From a dragon-head tube in a rare outdoor terrace, this compact home contains a large personality.
The London ranking, which is held by unique property, jokes that Kensington Flat was “a lot of an early foster” of the small trend of the house. The brick facade was built in 1930 and underwent renovations in the 1950s.
Visitors are greed immediately with the kitchen and dining area, for which the list claims have a “tardis similar feeling” thanks to the high ceilings. The dining area is connected to a bath and the first from the two bedrooms. Double glazed doors in the rear greet a “slide of a garden”.
Above the narrow stairs is a cozy drawing room with exposed floor tables, a decorative fireplace and enough space for a love place. This floor boasts entering a roof terrace-a rarity in London that adds a very necessary breathing room at home. List photos show enough room for an outdoor bench, table and chairs.
While $ 1.62 million is not at all cheap, house prices for the Peel Street of Skinny Home, Holland Park neighboring on average almost $ 3 million in 2024, according to the UK portal Rightmove.
The latter floor simply barely fits with another double bedroom and an Ensuite bathroom.
Two other flats in London are connected to the city’s weakest house, both 6 meters wide. One of them, an apartment building, sold a two -bedroom flat in 2023 for just less than $ 1 million.
