Steve Hafner, a good thought after the travel giant and current CEO, has captured a 24m -dollar ocean pentouse in Miami Beach, sources confirmed for the post.
The transaction, completed earlier this week, was discreetly treated through a non -nameless responsible company, keeping it under the conclusion of the high profile purchase.
Caught at the top of the ocean house, an elite boutique tower in the fifth south with only 28 inhabitants, this full flooring is proud of four bedrooms and five bathrooms at 4,124 square meters of dare.
Add to 4,452 square meters of private nature in nature, and it is clear that this is not your average beach pillow.
Think gorgeous glass walls, glossy Italian porcelain flooring and warm wood accents. The open layout flows smoothly into a kitchen of a chef, decorated with high -level Gaggenau accessories.
Steps out, and the vibrancy continues to come. The wrapping balconies serve for the comprehensive spaces of the Atlantic Ocean and the Miami horizon. But the real showtopper is a massive private roof that crowns the entire property, completed with a 15-by-30th private pool, a bath and an excellent outdoor kitchen that represents Viking clothing.
A glass -led staircase is all together, offering 360 degrees unobstructed views. Filled with cut technology, the penthouse even includes a wild smart home system for easy control.
Sarah Williams, the founder of the real social estate, held the ranking and refused to comment on the sale. Hafner representatives were Michael Duchon and Carcoran’s Eloy Carmenate, who also refused to comment.
Hafner co-foundation Kayak in 2004 along with Whiz Paul English technology, turning it into a metaarch engine for flights, hotels, car rentals and holiday deals.
The platform, which first hit the Internet in 2005, evolved from its original name, Travel Search Company, Inc., in Kayak Software Corporation later that year.
Before that, Hafner cut his teeth in the travel industry helping Orbitz start in 1999, where he headed business growth, advertising sales and marketing.
