Historical Village of North Carolina Mill Cast like District 12 in the Hunger Games “are ready for robbery.

The portrayal of the village of Henry River Mill for a city of a company was not far from the truth, though. The idyllic, rural property, founded in 1905, is one of the last unmarked villages of the mill in North Carolina, according to Charlotte Observer.

The manufacturer of cotton thread was one of many textile mills that reshaped Carolinas during the industrialization of the early 20th century.

More than 60 hectares of wealth are ready to capture two separate sales, Mariette Gagne, agent and owner of Marketplace Realty, Tod the Post. One list advertises $ 28 hectares at $ 1.15 million, while another offers 43 hectares, in two parcels, for $ 800,000.

Henry River Mill Village won a place in the national register of historic sites in 2019.
