City House at 51 W. 73rd St. -On some remaining houses of the city of Anne.

Built in 1885 by Henry J. Hardenbergh-Legendary Architect after Dakota, Plaza and Waldorf Astoria, all are the main monuments of Manhattan-This five-storey mansion is filled with high character, beauty and touch.

That is to say, it is a background similar to the other buildings of the architect.

Dakota, built between 1880 and 1884 in the German -style Renaissance, is the oldest building of luxury apartments survived by New York City – and was the first of its kind after the elite made the passage from residential to apartments.

However, she gained international recognition – and infamous – when John Lennon, a former resident and member of the Beatles, was shot out of her entrance in 1980.

(His widow, Yoko Ono, still owns a settlement inside.)

Not far from Dakota, Hardenbergh also designed Plaza, an 18-storey French building inspired by the French Renaissance, which also advances the Central Park. Originally displaying over 800 rooms, it now operates with a mixture of hotel suites and residential buildings after renovations in 2008.

The hotel has been owned by some prominent figures, including the hospitality of Conrad Hilton, Donald Trump and Katara.

He had massive buildings after his name, but Hardenbergh also borrowed his touch on small structures, like this – though very few of them. This settlement contains seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and one elevator – a luxury in historic cities.

This also marks the first time in more than three decades the house has been available for purchase.
