“It can be with experimental retail, an automobile dealer, or created for a technological brand,” Rosen said. “Already we’re talking with three big car companies that are plunging on it.”

He said that an office or hotel tower, or a project that combines uses, can be as large as 600,000 square meters and rise “up to Chrysler’s mouthwash” on the 52nd floor of the tower.

“Realistically, we are seeing in the building of forty stories,” he explained. Because the site is so small, a long tower “becomes the needy over what we have no interest.”
