State departments issues travel counseling for Turks and Caicos before spring rest Rush Travel

The US State Department recently issued a Level 2 travel counseling, warning travelers to exercise added care in Dua Turks and Caicos Islands Crime

The alarm comes as the islands prepare for the spring rest visitors.
