Essentials Foodie, high -tech tracking
To help residents navigate the ship’s equipment, wellness personal coaches will be on board to design personalized fitness, food and lifestyle plans adapted for each individual’s health purposes.
MV storytelling will have three diets, all known for their prolonged benefits of life: one based on the principles of the blue area, which focuses on whole foods, legumes and plant -based dining; Priikin diet, which is healthy from the heart and low in fat and sodium; And the Mediterranean diet celebrated for its balances of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and healthy fats such as olive oil.
Martin said the community will also have a research component, with doctors studying other dietary patterns and interrupted fasting similar to the practice to see if they improve life expectancy and well -being.
The research attempt will be supported by the MV narrative’s “coated technology” program, using equipment to monitor the main metrics of residents such as oxygen levels, blood pressure, temperature, food, fitness and real -time sleep.
“These will tell us what’s working and what not,” Martin said.
Against aging for your body and your face
Alongside the medical center, residents will access the optimal MV narrative aging program, which combines eastern and western medical practices.
The clinic will provide a wide range of treatments, including nutrients (capsule -shaped foods to maximize food), chelim therapy (which remove heavy metals from the body) and vitamin injections.
They also provide genetic tests, biorable therapy of hormone replacement and red light therapy. Cosmetic treatments, like botox, will also be available.
Furthermore, the ship will provide regenerative front treatments such as stem cell therapy and plasma -rich platelet injections, which are inserted into the patient’s own body to relieve pain and help cure damage.
“Whenever we go to a port, we will participate in medical tourism by kidnapping local experts to teach us so we can include those lessons on the ships,” Martin said.
“That way, it is constantly getting smarter and gathering even more work for the residents.”
The blue area that should have
Medical equipment aside, Martin said the community is an essential aspect of blue areas around the world. Being surrounded by individuals similar to meditatives, aware of health, participating in voluntary opportunities and on board curricula and exploring the world will all contribute to the well -being of the inhabitants.
“When people retire, they can say they want to rest only on the beach, but after three or four weeks, this is old,” Martin said. “It gives them a chance to feel deliberate, contribute and build community, and it just helps you feel good.”
Martin, 60, has already secured his place on the boat.
“We want to plan for a happy life, but we also want to make sure we have a pleasant, peaceful crate. I know if I’m on this ship, I won’t be stuck in the hospital dying like a dog,” he said.
“No matter how much money or success you have, I’ve seen many people who lose their power when they get sick,” Martin added. “This is one of the big reasons why I invested in the ship – I’m doing it for myelf.”
