As the leaflets see an increase in seats on the planes, other travelers believe that negotiating an exchange is a better alternative to robbing certain places.
However, it seems that everyone agrees with the exchange, as a Reddit user questioned “labeling” after looking for someone to change places on the plane.
The user posted to the sub-three r/unitedirlines to share a recent meeting he or she witnissed on a flight.
“Only now an elderly woman sitting next to me moved 2 lines up from 14e to 12C next to her adult daughter and nephew during the dormitory,” the user wrote, who claimed to be flying united airlines.
“A full flight was announced, so while the place was empty, the family knew someone was coming for it.”
The passenger who rose up in the row eventually asked the correct passenger to change places.
Reddit’s user estimated that the passenger was 6 meters long, 3-niches, and noticed that he appeared irritated by the request, but chose for the middle place.
“For me, moving your seat prematurely and then searching for exchange is really rude, especially when it’s a discount,” the user wrote.
“The only thing I can see on the other side of the coin is probably great near the baby avoids crying and a better trip to the plane. However, it seems to me as poor behavior for me.”
Redditor updated the post, stating that the flight participants on board had intervened and apologized to the passenger who changed the seats and even offered him a box of free snacks and drinks.
“After landing I think Mom felt guilty … She was talking aloud that she didn’t have to move if she didn’t want to, but she did not actually thank her or show no shame. Very strange person,” the user wrote.
Fox News Digital arrived at United Airlines and Reddi’s original poster for comment.
Other users commented on the topic to share their opinions on seat -changing labels.
“When you tolerate a row of places, you are encouraging them to repeat their bad behavior in the future,” commented a Reddi user.
“I would be less inclined to exchange with someone if they made a” taken before, ask me later “, even if it’s a straight exchange. Even if it’s a small update I can say no. Getting without asking is about and disappointment of return,” another person wrote.
“Simply answer: There is no labeling for an exchange of places. They should have bought the country or shut down, ”commented another redditor.
California -based courtesy, Rosalinda Randall, previously told Fox News Digital that “no one has the obligation to change their country”.
“The person making the request has no right to wait [this]Or make a scene when they don’t get their way, ”Randall said.
Randall said it is eight to ask to change places if done polytely, but the demand, no matter how polyte, can still irritate the other passengers.
“Consider this: you may have more luck if a flight companion makes the announcement or can offer them a drink or two, pay for airline supplements, pay them to cash/transfer funds,” she added.
