Rudy Giuliani tries once again to sell his apartment to NYC – this time with a $ 1.4m price landing

Rudy Giuliani is deciding for less – now that he has resolved his legal battle with two employees of Georgia’s slanderous election.

The former mayor ranked his home in Manhattan on Monday for less than $ 5.2 million – a price of $ 1.4 million from his previous ranking.

Giuliani’s legal battle with two electoral deeds in George approached last week when a judge declared that Giuliani had “fully pleased” his end of a mysterious settlement agreement. The lawsuit placed now would have forced the submission of some of Giuliani’s most valuable assets, including this upper penthouse of the Upper birth.

The house is safe, but he is still determined to share with him. Serena Boardman at Sotheby’s International Realty has the list.

This is not at all the first time Giuliani has listed his penthouse. Initially it was put on the market in the summer of 2023, for $ 6.3 million. The apartment has had three separate price discounts since then.

A judge gave freeman and Moss a request last October to force Giulian to fork over many of his valuable assets, including the New York City home, his condo Palm Beach, luxury watches, vintage Mercedes and valuable Yankees memoranda.

Both sides reached an amazing agreement earlier this year in which Giuliani will depend on his properties in exchange for an undiscovered amount of “compensation”, the post reported.
