Listen to the year, listen to the year, the most expensive home in Texas is back in the market – again.
This mega-mansion, known as Crespi’s wealth, is suitable for a king. Above all, it was created in the 1930s for an Italian number.
Despite its Bukolik landscape, the widespread wealth decreases only a few minutes from the Dallas city center. Her shocked halls have been expecting dignity and icons the likes of Coco Chanel and Duke and Duchess of Windsor. But even with these tuning, the 10-bed house-with 12 full bathrooms and five dust rooms may not seem to find a buyer.
The rich house was last ranked in 2023 for $ 60 million. Mimi decreased to $ 47 million and was eventually the market in 2024. Now the seller, a Dallas family, has returned and bolder than ever.
Had space been a problem for this “greater than Gatsby” asset, sellers have thrown in three extra parts reaching 3.74 hectares in the deal. This brings the total swath of property to nearly 16 hectares, sweetening a pot already overflowing and raising the price of the most expensive Texas home for $ 64 million.
The real deal reported for the first time on the list, held by Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Estate.
The list calls the limestone villa as “Dallas’ most legendary wealth”.
The house seems to ask a new owner to throw a Gatsby style base, with a real lounge, an Art Deco bar and the two separate summer basements. Or perhaps the official garden of roses, conservatives and dining room with a defective Swarovski custom fireplace are the perfect environments for a swoon -worthy “bridgerton” ball.
If the other owner of the French -style Chateau needs little space from their shells, and the primary 3,000 -square -foot suite is just not enough, they have nothing to fly. The property includes a 3,300 -square -foot guest house and a 4,800 -square -foot entertainment pavilion to keep any busy.
There is also a massive pool and bathroom, tennis ball and Bocce fields, a theater of 19 seats, wide gardens, greenhouses and a heliport.
The house is currently owned by an influential family of the entire industry, and was previously owned by former Texas Rangers, Tom Hicks.
The wealth was created by Swiss architect Maurice Fatio for Count Pio Crespi Italian. Fatio was known for food for the design needs of Palm Beach’s good heels, according to the real deal, but Dallas’s home was his latest project.
