A gloomy crime that rocked the New York City at its core did not stop the upper West apartment, where it was developed by the attraction of new tenants.
The three-bedroom unit, with two bathrooms in 321 Columbus Ave., where two younger sisters-Lucia and Leo Crim-are stabbed by their nanny in 2012, were rented once again, the post has learned.
The newest unit of the unit painted the rent in February. 13 for $ 8,750 a month – down nearly 30% out of the $ 12,000 that commanded again in 2008, according to Streeasy Records.
The apartment first returned to the rent market in April 2015, just 2.5 years after the terrible killings, for a low price of $ 9,000 a month.
Now, more than a decade after the killings, the price of the unit has been immersed.
Last October, she was ranked back on her last degree before securing a new occupier last week.
Despite its tragic history, the list paints the property as a dream home -after a bowel renovation.

In October. 25, 2012, their mother, Marina Crime, returned home with her middle child, NESSIE, after a swimming lesson – just to discover unimaginable.
Inside the family bath, both children were dead in the bathtub, covered with a knife wound. Their nanny, Yoselyn Ortega, had attacked them with kitchen knives before turning the blade into hersf into a noticeable suicide. Ortega survived.
Cold footage caught Marina, lit in agony as she was in a hurry from the scene. Father, Kevin Crime, was far away on a business trip at the time.
A long legal battle followed. Ortega, who claimed she was in a psychotic state, was found guilty in 2018 for first and second degree murder. She is serving life in prison without the possibility of a verbal.
After the killings, the crimes had two other children, Felix and Linus. Felix was born in 2013 and Linus was born in 2016.
The Corcoran group, which repeated the ranking, did not accept the request of the post for comment on the rent.
Rochelle is a building with 76 units two blocks south of the Museum of Natural History. Streeteasya indicates that there is only one unit of rent in currently-a two-room spreading, demanding $ 8,250 a month.
