Put your relationship to the test.
Psychology professors have designed a short quiz to determine how successful your romantic relationship is in only seven questions.
Called the “Valentine’s degree”, the test asks about cooperation, confidence, conflicts, emotional proximity and overall satisfaction, assigning a result after the questionnaire ends in just two minutes.
“This scale makes it possible to quickly and efficiently get an idea of how you are making a relationship without having to go through long and complicated test interviews or questionnaires, said in one state.
“It can even be used during the couple to monitor progress over time.”
Questions include topics of both you and your partner cooperating or resolving the conflict, how safe you feel trusted in your partner and how often you have had doubts about relationships or consider the termination of the relationship.
Then, the answers must choose one of the four possible answers for each question. At the end of the quiz, they get a score from 21.

By day, getting a perfect result means you have an “extremely high level of pleasure in connection”.
“This suggests an almost ideal relationship, with deep intimacy and mutual support,” the researchers said.
However, a score of 0 provides for trouble in paradise.
“This suggests that the relationship currently feels very challenging, with strong conflicts or hopeless feelings,” they said.
“If the situation feels big, it may be worth considering professional aid.”
While a low result can stir anxiety, Carlbring assured that it is not necessarily alarm.
He explained that the test can provide “a clear picture of how the relationship is making” and “fast” early intervention “if something is going wrong.
“If the test results raise concerns, it can be a good idea to talk about what lies behind the responses,” he said, adding that relationships are “dynamic” and factors like stress, mischief or other obstacles of life can are blamed.
“By reflecting together, you can find ways forward, whether it is by strengthening the relationship or making other decisions.”
