The woman reveals crazy reasons why offers for work was removed only a few days before the start date: ‘so unprofessional’

A text message revealed the wild moment when a boss boldly rejected a job offer, and the worker was shocked.

Ben Askins is a workplace expert who has found his warmth by sharing anonymous text differences between bosses and employees online.

The latest exchange of text always has over 400,000 views, and Ascins seem to have been blown up and has called it “idiotic”.

It all started when a woman named Kirsie received a text from her new boss who asked her if she had five minutes to talk.

A manager gave up a woman’s job offer before she started.

To be clear, the worker had not started working in the company yet and had just received a job offer.

She explained that she was about to jump into the car and asked if everything was okay. The boss replied that it wasn’t.

“We’ve made the harsh decision to withdraw the job offer,” the boss wrote.

The boss apologized and wished her nothing but the best fortune to find a position elsewhere. Kirsie was shocked.

“Wait what? I left my job last week, and I’m duet to start next week! The contract is signed all that happened? “She asked.

The boss responded that the candidate the company initially wanted to get the job had returned to the photo, and the company would pay its salaries worth a week.

“I really can’t believe that. This is so unprofessional, ”Kirsie replied.

The boss did not withdraw and claimed it was not “unprofessional” because they had two candidates for the job, and unfortunately, she entered the “second”.

The story came out viral after separating from influencer Ben Askins. Tiktok/Benaskins

Kirsie then asked if she could at least get a reference explaining the situation, but the boss refused and said he could not because the company had not seen its work.

“Thank you for nothing,” she texted again.

A few weeks later, the boss sent her again because he would have noticed that she would write a negative summary on the Glassdoor website, where works could review jobs.

She had said that the company’s recruitment process was unprofessional, and the boss claimed that the reactions were not “right”, and asked her to get the review.

Kirsie did not respond and the boss sent a recent text just writing “Hello” clearly wanting a response.

Askins slammed the boss and said it was not good to “pull the carpet” from someone in the last second and leave them unemployed.

It was even worse that the boss did not own their behavior.

“Finally is to prefer one candidate over another. This is what is the interview process, but if you go on the picture of someone you can’t do it,” he said.

The manager asked her to overthrow the bad review she left in Glassdoor. Alex from The Rock – Stock.adobe.com

Askins said that if you do something like that, of course, you will get a “bad reputation” and that it was “poor” child.

On the Internet, people were terrified of how Kirsie was treated and left in a tangible position.

Someone called the exchange of “wild” text, another said that the whole exchange was just seen “weird”, and one said the same companies have “shameless” when it comes to how they treat people.

“That’s so messy,” one wrote.

Another said the boss was “disrespectful”, and many questions if the exchange could be true because it didn’t seem “realistic”.
