Restaurant of Zero Bond Hamptons Restaurant raised by historic home by new owners

The owner of the private club Zero Bond is losing the location of Hamptons for his renowned restaurant, Sartiano – after a summer battlefield with famous shipyards and local officials for noise complaints.

Scott Sartiano had opened a mail of his eponymous soho flag at Hedges Inn in East Hampton last year after the village withdrawing his offer to open the famous bond-magnet zero.

But Sartiano won again in Hedges this summer because the historical hotel was sold recently.

The locals were so worried about Zero Bond – whose location Manhattan attracted Kim Kardashian, Leo Dicaprio, Mayor Eric Adams and Elon Musk – that they resettled an old law that forced his restaurant to close his doors at 10: 00

Police cars would be placed outside Sartiano and hit the restaurant with numerous noise violations, leading Sartiano claiming he was a victim of a retaliation by the city police chief, as the side dishes reported exclusively.

Sartiano refused to comment on his shocked wine, or if he plans to open another East End place this summer.

Hedges Inn, who dates back to 1873 and is on the National Register of Historical Places, tried for an amount undiscovered by the banking execution of Morgan Stanley Andrew Wetenhall and his wife, Sarah.

They plan to replace Sartiano with their restaurant all day in bed and luxurious charming 13 rooms.

Coupleifti owns Colony Palm Beach and share their time between Florida, New York City and Sag Harbor.

“Our purchase of Hedges Inn is not only a real estate transaction, it is a commitment to protect this important part of our community history for future generations,” said Sarah Wetenhall, CEO of Colony Palm Beach.
