America â € œPect Dayâ Include three hours of movies or TV, one nap and at least one hour with pets, according to new research.
These are the findings of a study of 2,000 Americans who showed exactly how they would spend a 24 -hour ideal and found the average person thinks they suffered 12 perfect days in 2024.
The response was asked to divide 24 hours into Variaus categories to compile their ideal day.
The results showed that the perfect day includes seven hours of sleep (6.9), with people wakeing up at 7:48 in the morning
Performed by Talker Research, the survey showed that Americans want to talk two hours a perfect day by eating, three quality time with family and an hour and a half being on their phones.
About an hour and a half (84 minutes) would be dedicated to the hobby and a similar amount of time hanging with friends.
No perfect day is full without little music and answers want their favorite tunes 1.3 hours, with 48 minutes dedicated to exercise or working out and the same (48 minutes) enjoying some shopping.
At one point in their perfect day, Americans say they want to get into a nap about 40 minutes, and they will end the perfect day going to be in a reasonable hour, at 11:00 pm. Ideal sleep on average.
But does the concept of a perfect day exist? When asked if they thought they had experienced a perfect day in 2024, the average respondent had enjoyed 12 (12.6).
And there is ahead optimism: the average person predicts that they will have 16 days perfect in 2025 – this is one every 22 days.

When connecting with others, even briefly, you get a good increase in oxytocin. All previously mentioned suggestions can also promote links. Join a group, climb with others or get a class. People are standing for connection, and connection is not always easy, but it is always worth it.

Talker’s research surveyed 2,000 Americans. The survey was ordered by the Talker News and was administered and developed online by Talker Research between December 13 and 19 December 2024.
