The question is, are they the paranoid bosses? Or are they throwing the workers when they are in the comfort of their homes?

Interestingly, when news.com.Au turned to Bondi to get a response, people were very much forward for their productivity when working from home.

One woman said she was “definitely” productive when working from home, while another claimed to be “one hundred percent” productive when not working in the office.

A lady in a hat said she was “more productive” when working from home and away from husband and office rush.

“I’m more productive in a quiet place. I can’t work with a group of people around me, ”she explained.

She admitted that she has received a test and wrong to set her own raised WFH. For example, she stopped working at the kitchen table because it was a family area with high traffic and people continued to stop it.

One boss explained that he thinks he and his team did a “pretty good” job from home during Covid-19 blocking, but he does not think that at home full time is a “solution” for workers.

An Aussie working from full -time home, likes to “Chuck on the Wash” every time more and more, but, for the most part, it is firmly in the “work area” and its productivity is high .

Meanwhile, a completely working therapist said he is able to stay motivated because he runs his business. However, he added that being at home also means that you are not in an environment where people can “inspire”, which he believes is a shame.

“As well as just like, thinking,” I don’t want to look lazy because there are other people here, “he said.

Recruitment expert Roxanne Calder has previously told News.com.Au that “Perspective from employers” is that they will prefer to return to full -time offices.

She explained that while employers are still “happy” to accommodate home work and flexibility, the general essence is that they will prefer it if they didn’t need it.

Calder argued that employees often mistake the fact that bosses want them to return to the office because they want “control” on them. She said she simply descends into the environment that produces the best job.

“People confuse it with control, it’s not about that, it’s a superficial assumption. It’s about the level of productivity, collaborations and humanites need people,” she said.

Calder said that employers are always following high levels of employees, and they will only get this if people go to work and find “purpose” and create friendships and relationships with their deeds.

“If you are isolated and working from home, there is always the opportunity you will start looking for something else,” she said.

Homework has happened since the 1960s and 1970s, but it was once called “Remote Work”, with Calder claiming that the title passes to “working from home” is not a positive thing.

“Maybe it’s home, we have to change it. It would help if we didn’t say ‘working from home’ connotation for employers is working from bed,” she said.
