Carnival scolds navigation passengers for this forbidden activity on the balcony – and it’s not sex: “just looks bad”

Carnival Cruise Line is hanging its passengers to dry.

To enjoy Activities like smoking and sex are not openly approved – but a navigation line representative is reminding guests that a more common act is also strictly prohibited.
