Exclusive | The tallest residence along Brooklyn’s waterfront will cost $7 million

Call it the York City View.

A penthouse duplex perched atop a newly completed tower on Brooklyn’s waterfront — not only making it the tallest waterfront residence in the borough, but also one with an impressive corridor of views from its massive windows — is ready to be listed on Tuesday for $7 million. The post has learned.

This fascinating airplane is part of the Annabelle Selldorf-designed One Domino Square located in Williamsburg.

“This penthouse is unlike anything else on the market with unobstructed views of the East River and Manhattan skyline,” said Aaron Goed, Director of Sales at Two Trees Management Co.

The crown jewel of the tower, penthouse 3A, spans half a story and stands 435 feet above the ground at interior floor level. Outside on its terrace, it is 452 feet above the ground.

That said, and much more than the East River and Manhattan skyline, the marketing imagery shows a vast expanse of views. From this vantage point, a potential owner can view landmarks including the Statue of Liberty and the Brooklyn, Manhattan and Williamsburg bridges; Empire State Building; traffic along Delancey Street in Manhattan and, on the horizon, New Jersey across the Hudson River.

The 42-story building is part of the 11-acre Domino Sugar Factory campus, reimagined by two Brooklyn Giants.

Over the past few years, the site has been transformed into a popular mixed-use development featuring parks, dining, retail and workspace.

The main elements of the site include Domino Park – a particular favorite in the warm weather seasons – a commercial office building at 10 Grand Street and two residential buildings.

Within the unit itself, more than 2,000 square meters of intricately designed living space is complemented by nearly 1,000 square meters of terrace space.

Comprised of three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the corner residence has two living areas and floor-to-ceiling windows.

A sculpted spiral staircase serves as a centerpiece, connecting the main living space to the roof terrace. (The residence marks the first under-the-roof project by Irish design brand Orior.)

Beyond its design, the penthouse offers access to more than 45,000 square feet of luxury amenities.
