Lots of knocks on this door.
A ‘Breaking Bad’ house has gone on the market for $4 million – because the current owner is fed up with fans of the show watching on her property.
The ranch-style house in Albuquerque, New Mexico, was the television residence of Walter White, played by Bryan Cranston, his wife Skylar and their son Walt Jr. on the hit show “Breaking Bad,” which aired from 2006 to 2018.
Current resident Joanne Quintana grew up in the house and was there with her parents when they began filming the iconic series in the modest little apartment.
At first, filming was a blessing — a “once-in-a-lifetime thing” that allowed her and her family to witness the “magic of Hollywood,” which included interacting with the entire cast and crew, Quintana told local newspaper KOB.
She would even bake cookies for all the workers and actors for each shoot — but told KOB that Cranston was only able to settle for one on the last day because his character was suffering from cancer and needed to look thin.
But the stardust in her eyes soon turned to dirt – as fans of the show began making pilgrimages to her quiet pad.
After initially taking photos with visitors and entertaining the aftermath of a celebrity home, the Quintanas were invaded by strangers and even received unwanted packages at their home, according to the report.
“About 4:30 in the morning the doorbell rang, my mom got up and opened the door and there was a package,” Quintana recalled of one occasion.
The package was addressed to “Walter White” and the family was so worried they called the bomb squad.
They soon put up a fence – but that didn’t stop the TV nerds from driving past and taking in the sights.
“We average 300 cars a day. Come Balloon Fiesta, hundreds of thousands come for balloons. Balloons go up, come down. Where do they come from? Here,” an exasperated Quintana told KOB.
Quintana’s frustration with nude looks has gotten the better of her in the past.
“Get out, you Mexican trash,” the salty homeowner yelled at a couple filming the house as they drove past in a clip posted to TikTok in 2023, the Daily Mail reported at the time.
Some particularly devoted Heisenberg fans even threw entire pizza pies onto the roof of the house’s garage in an homage to a classic scene from the show.
Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan chided fans for the unsavory meme.
“There’s nothing original, or funny, or cool, about throwing a pizza on this lady’s roof,” he said on the “Better Call Saul” podcast in 2022.
“She’s the sweetest lady in the world, and if you’re getting on her nerves, you’re doing something seriously wrong against the king,” he said.
Quintana is asking $4 million for the home. The median price in the Albuquerque area is $400,000, according to the Associated Press.
“This was our family home from 1973, almost 52 years,” she told KOB.
“So we will leave with only our memories. It’s time to move on. We are done. There is no reason to fight anymore.
